CM Thrive is our response to that question. It is career and life coaching designed specifically for Disney Cast Members, shaped around their rhythms, pressures, and aspirations. It meets people at the intersection of vocation, identity, and purpose, without requiring religious language or participation as a starting point.
 

CM Thrive isn't a program, and it's not a recruiting strategy.
 

It functions as pastoral care expressed through coaching. We listen before advising. We ask better questions than quick answers. We help Cast Members make sense of who they are, where they are going, and what kind of life they want to build.
 

Faith is never forced and never hidden. It emerges naturally as trust grows. Conversations about Jesus often come later, not because they are avoided, but because they are earned.
