Transformation rarely happens alone
While vision can be sparked in a moment, formation unfolds over time and always in relationship.
Online Mentoring Journeys exist to create space for a kind of formation that changes culture.
Specfic.
Simple.
Small.
Slow.
They aren't flashy, but they're faithful — and they actually lead to real fruitfulness.
These 12-month micro-communities (3-4 participants) are designed for those who are ready to move beyond ideas and into practice, not in isolation, but together.
SMALL CIRCLES, SHARED JOURNEY
Mentoring Journeys are intentionally small, relational gatherings shaped around trust, listening, and discernment.
Rather than large groups or one-directional teaching, these journeys create space for conversation, reflection, and mutual encouragement. We bring our real questions, real tensions, and real hopes. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is performed.
This is not about fixing problems. It is about walking faithfully.
GUIDED, BUT NOT CONTROLED
Each journey is gently guided, not tightly managed.
They help create the conditions for clarity and growth by offering language, questions, Scripture, and simple frameworks drawn from Kingdom Planting, Creative Simplicity, and lived experience. The goal is not to provide answers, but to help each other notice where God may already be at work and how we might respond.
Formation emerges through shared attentiveness rather than instruction alone.
FOR LEADERS, INNOVATORS, AND THOSE IN TRANSITION
Mentoring Journeys are particularly meaningful for those who find themselves in between.
Between seasons.
Between clarity and calling.
Between what has been and what is becoming.
Pastors, leaders, innovators, and practitioners often come carrying responsibility, fatigue, and questions they rarely have space to voice. Mentoring Journeys offer a place where those questions are welcomed and held with care.
ROOTED IN EVERYDAY LIFE
These journeys are not abstract or theoretical.
Conversations are grounded in daily rhythms, relationships, and decisions. Faith is explored as something lived at work, at home, and in ordinary spaces, not confined to church settings or spiritual language.
This is where Kingdom imagination becomes practice.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Many of us are surrounded by others, yet we still feel alone in discernment.
Participants gain clarity in decision-making, confidence in discernment, and the courage to move forward without isolation. Because growth becomes sustainable when it is shared.
AN INVITATION TO WALK TOGETHER
An Online Mentoring Journey is not a program to complete or a group to scale.
It is a circle of trust where we learn to pay attention to God, to one another, and to the quiet invitations unfolding in our lives.
The goal is not speed. It is faithfulness.
And faithfulness, over time, bears much fruit...
... in us, through us, and around us.
